By registering or using Earnbitmoon you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy is part of them. Contact: [email protected].

1) User Account

  1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account.
  2. Only one account is allowed per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
  3. Provide accurate and genuine information. Fake data, including country, gender or date of birth, will result in suspension.
  4. Temporary or disposable e-mail addresses are not allowed.
  5. Your e-mail is your identifier for accessing our service. Keep it secure and functional. You can change it in Account Settings, but the change only takes effect after you confirm it from the new address.
  6. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be recovered, only reset. An account created with Google has no password until you set one in Account Settings. We are not liable for the loss of an account.
  7. You may not use a Proxy, VPN, VPS or TOR while using our service.
  8. You may not use software, bots, emulators or auto-clickers to abuse our system, including but not limited to viewing ads.
  9. Each user must use their own payment processor account. It cannot be shared with another user.
  10. Insults, threats, deception or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff, moderators or other members may result in a temporary or permanent ban.
  11. We may require identity verification when our system detects risk on your account. Refusal or failure to complete it will result in denial of access to the account.
  12. If you do not log in for more than 220 days, 5 Coins per day are deducted until you log in again or your balance reaches 0.
  13. Signing in with Google is optional. You may only use a Google Account that belongs to you, and the rules above on one account per person apply in the same way.
  14. A Google Account can be linked to one Earnbitmoon account only. If the e-mail address of your Google Account already belongs to an Earnbitmoon account, signing in with Google will link the two rather than create a second account.
  15. You can unlink your Google Account in Account Settings once you have set a password. If you lose access to your Google Account, use the "Forgotten password" link to set a password and regain access.
  16. What Google shares with us when you sign in, and how we handle it, is described in section 2 of our Privacy Policy.

2) Coins & Balance

  1. Coins are an internal reward unit. They have no value outside the Website and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  2. Balances gained through cheating, bots or a breach of these Terms will be voided.
  3. If you exploit a bug or weakness in our system to make unusual profit, your account will be suspended and the balance forfeited.
  4. If your account is suspended or deleted, your balance and referrals are forfeited and no further payments will be processed.

3) Referrals

  1. You may refer an unlimited number of members.
  2. You must not send unsolicited e-mail or pressure anyone into becoming your referral, and you may not use any service that sells referrals.
  3. Each referral must be a real person with their own e-mail address and details.
  4. Referrals lost through inactivity, deletion or suspension are not compensated, and your upline cannot be changed.

4) Offerwalls & Surveys

  1. Offerwalls and surveys are provided by third-party partners. We do not control which offers are credited or rejected.
  2. You may not use a VPN, proxy or virtual credit card (VCC) to complete offers.
  3. Completing the same offer more than once, on the same or a different offer partner, is prohibited.
  4. Rewards are credited from the partner's tracking data. Conversions may be invalidated by their risk systems or by technical issues on your side, such as blocked cookies. We do not credit untracked or flagged results.
  5. Earnings from high-risk offers may be held for up to 45 days before being released to your balance.
  6. Read the conditions of each offer before starting it and make sure taking part is legal in your country.
  7. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the products, services or policies of offer providers and advertisers.

5) Tasks

  1. Submitting fake or falsified proof will get you blacklisted from our Task system.
  2. More than three fake proofs in one day will result in account suspension.
  3. Task approval is decided by the advertiser who created the task.

6) Withdrawals

  1. We are not required to pay out balances below the minimum payout shown on the withdrawal page.
  2. You must use your own personal payout method. Using, sharing, renting or selling a payout method belonging to another person or account may result in rejection of the withdrawal, forfeiture of the balance and a permanent ban of all connected accounts.
  3. We may limit the available payment methods if our system detects risk on your account.
  4. Payouts are sent to the payment details you provide, and you are solely responsible for them. Once a payment is sent it cannot be refunded or redirected.
  5. Payouts are made in crypto-assets whose value changes. We are not responsible for the value after a payment has been sent.

7) Advertising & Purchases

  1. We do not accept ads containing auto-downloads, malicious code, frame breakers, background mining scripts, adult content or illegal activity.
  2. Ads must be in English and must not target minors or use profiling based on health, religion, ethnicity, political opinions or sexual orientation.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any advertisement we do not consider suitable, without refund.
  4. Breaking these advertising rules results in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
  5. All payments must be made through the links available on our Website. No other payment method is accepted.
  6. Advertising, banner ads and membership upgrades start immediately and are non-refundable once delivered.
  7. EU/EEA and UK consumers may cancel a purchase within 14 days if the service has not yet started, by writing to [email protected].
  8. If you believe content on our Website is illegal or infringes your rights, report it to [email protected] with the URL or ad ID. We review every report and reply with our decision.

8) Account Suspension

  1. We may suspend an account for any valid reason under these Terms, and we will tell you the reason.
  2. Our system logs all activity, including IP address, device and browser details, login country and reward history, and may automatically hold a payout or restrict an account.
  3. You may request a human review of any automated decision, and you may appeal a suspension for up to 6 months, free of charge, by writing to [email protected] with your username and reason.
  4. Appeals sent without a comprehensible reason may not receive a detailed reply.
  5. Once an account is permanently suspended for fraud, any new accounts you create will be suspended as well.
  6. Attacking or overloading our servers, including SQL injection and XSS, leads to immediate permanent suspension.
  7. An account that has not been logged into for three (3) years may be closed as inactive.

9) Deleting Your Account

  1. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, for free and without giving a reason. Send an e-mail from your registered address to [email protected] with your username.
  2. There is no delete button on the site. Because accounts hold a balance, we verify every request by e-mail to protect you against account takeover and accidental deletion.
  3. We complete the deletion within 30 days. Withdraw your balance first, as deletion is permanent and Coins, referrals and history cannot be restored.
  4. What happens to your data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.

10) Liability & Changes

  1. The Website is provided "as is" and you use the information on it at your own risk.
  2. We are not responsible for content served through advertisements, or for the conduct of advertisers, offer providers, third-party websites or other users.
  3. We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control, including outages of payment processors, offerwalls and blockchain networks.
  4. Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last 12 months or the value of your withdrawable balance, whichever is higher. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  5. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your rewards in your country.
  6. We may update these Terms. Important changes are announced by e-mail or on-site notice at least 15 days in advance, and the new version is published here with its date.
  7. EU/EEA and UK consumers keep the rights given by the law of their own country and may bring a dispute before their local courts.
